1. A mini version of the two of you, in your wedding outfits
The classic personalized topper: the couple, in the actual dress, suit, kilt or sari they will wear. If you have outfit photos from a fitting, those work well as a reference. Choosing the right size
The top tier of a wedding cake is usually around 10 to 20 cm wide. As a guide:
- 5 cm suits a small cake or a cupcake tower.
- 7.5 cm is a balanced choice for most tiered cakes.
- 10 cm makes a statement on a large top tier, and makes the best keepsake on a shelf afterwards.
Talk to your baker about the top tier size, and mention that the topper will sit on top so they can support it properly. A base makes it more stable and display-ready after the wedding.
Which photo to send
For a topper of the couple, the best photo shows you both from head to feet, facing the camera, in good light. Give yourself a comfortable margin. Orders are made and shipped within 1 to 4 days and delivered within 5 to 14 days, so ordering at least 4 weeks before the wedding leaves time for any design questions and shipping. Shipping is free worldwide, including for destination weddings.
